Was coming on here to suggest this. If we can get him for 6 months I think we should take the plunge and do it. Minimal downside really.

This post has been merged from a topic called 'Giuseppe Rossi (suggestion)' by Midlands Eagle Free agent, training with United at the moment to keep fit. Always known where the goal is. A very different option than all our current strikers, on a free with a 6 month deal might be worth a shout. He is only 31, which surprised me as he has been around for ages. At the very least he could be decent cover, our squad is short having let so many go, I don’t think he is the right option or a proper solution to our striker issue, but it wouldn’t be the worst decision to have him here.
