Auto Enrol has been discontinued....wonder how many will get caught out and lose their season tickets thinking they are being Auto Enrolled?

I'm glad I looked on here as I would have assumed my auto renewal would have taken care of it.

It's 106 miles to Chicago, we got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark... and we're wearing sunglasses.

What's going on? My wife and I are season ticket holders in block D Lower Holmesdale but I can't renew online. I thought the singing section impacted block E?

Can anyone explain please?

I suppose I'll have to make a special trip to the ticket office what a way to treat loyal fans and receiving CPFC e mails urging me to renew my season ticket online now only serves to add to my annoyance.

Did you not get a email from the club they have open up the compensation to everyone in the Lower Holmesdale. If you give up your seat voluntarily and one off the 400 in Block E takes it, then you get their compo and they only get seat. As someone effected l feel cheated out of the compo as this was not the case at the open evening last year. Contact the club see if this is the case.

We are in block D and all renewed online without a problem once we knew that the auto-renew had stopped.

It was supposed to be Monday just gone(18th), BUT, because so many ST holders didn't know about the 'Auto-Renewal' not being implemented, they have extended it till Thurs 18th April(just before Good Friday)

Just got back from holiday, received a letter from the Club, dated 2nd July, telling me that in order to accommodate the new singing section they have moved my seat in the Main Stand by 2, so that a pillar, which does obstruct a small part of the pitch in my current seat will now obstruct significantly more of the pitch. I will be right next to a defined 'restricted view' seat. The late notice, lack of consultation, and ignorance of the fact that I have entered into an agreement to buy my tickets for next year on the basis that they are same as last year has really annoyed me.

Have any other fans suffered in the same way ? What are my options - presumably I can ask for a full refund as the Club are in breach of the original contract but it is the late notice, and the very limited ability to find other options that really sticks in my throat.

If you had one last season you will not receive a new card, just use the same one from last season
