Schlupp putting in the classic Schlupp performance.

Pops up with a class moment to create a goal.

Otherwise looks slow, ponderous, poor control, no vision, misplacing simple passes etc.

Good fun game so far - missed the first goal, but enjoying the magic of the cup :-)

We could even win this, if Roy reads the game properly and makes shrewd tingly changes where needed.

Can't believe PVA was complaining about the decision.

!

It was a penalty but Foyt decides to go down rather than is chopped down. Watch the way he collapses not at point of contact but after.

Spurs don't have a lot of options on the bench and look vulnerable when we counter. Wickham playing really well as a focal point, but does look a bit off the pace (not surprising) and I think we may see Tekkers around the hour mark. Ward struggling in defence. Glad Speroni has made a couple of good saves. I hope we get another early on so we can perhaps take Zaha off and not risk him as a couple of Spurs' youngsters have gone over the top of the ball. Meyer having a good game.

COYP!!

I do get a certain tingle when AWB comes on.

Meyer has been physical in the challenge today.

He has a rep as not being able to make a tackle but he played def mid for Schalke.

I believe there were Palace complaints about the blatant offside when the ball was first floated in.

Palace since 19 August 1972. Palace 1 (Tony Taylor) Liverpool 1 (Emlyn Hughes)

He may be missing the odd pass but if you think he's slow and ponderous you're watching a different game to me. Give thd guy a break.

If go as far as saying Speroni had that penalty covered had it been on target
