Thank god its not the UK.

The problem with this decision is it is built on a POV and not a solid legal fact.

If you marry both sides sign a contract and know what they are getting into. If you date a girl she may think you are partners whereas you view her simply as a girlfriend.

How do you define cohabiting, she stays at your place one night a week? All very subjective a judge may have a clear understanding but that is not the point if both parties have different views then enforcing a contract seems unfair on one side.

Anyway not the UK, yet.

She was no Judge Judy that's for sure.

Trump says he's nominating a women to replace her. Let's hope she's a proper social conservative and not a fake one.

And yes modern feminism has been terrible...especially for women as studies have shown they are less happy now than women in the nineteen fifties......men weirdly enough are happier than in the nineteen fifties.

Maybe it's the online p00rn.

But to be serious, I recognise the arguments of the men's rights movement and how the legal and social professions often ruins the lives of men when families break up.
