Right then lets see how many of the MSM journo's that go to court for "contempt",for doing the same as Tommy,by shoving a camera in their/his direction and asking "how do you feel about your case?"........
& the addition of causing Tommy more Stress & Anxiety before going into court.
Its a stitch up .......just wonder IF the Judge from the second hearing had been in court for his last hearing would of found him guilty of contempt......
This country is slowly going down the pan.

Couldn't agree more.

Dan's alright, he takes it so it's not so bad that he gives it out as well.....but he certainly is a cockwomble on Robinson.

That's the word of the day!

His case does not have any reporting restrictions. The case he "reported" on did. Thus he was guilty whilst others are free to report on him.

Is it really that difficult to understand?

No one knew that at the time....newspaper reported on the case as well.

This case did not require nor do any deserve any reporting restrictions. This is to keep the whole disgusting saga low key.

One of the main judges in this case said that Robinson did not endanger the trial.....he's been sent down for contempt....which is a shoe horn because their original charges failed.

This is political and state persecution and you are an apologist for the state who isn't worth time on these boards.

You might have to wonder if the media coverage prejudiced Robinson's case? Then again, I guess you wouldn't.

This, and that, along with the other.
As 'DanH' posted earlier, Robinson is ''a nuisance'' to the state, something 'Wisbech' will never understand.

More baloney believed from the MSM ay Dan.

The linked trials were not over though which seems the most likely reason why the Judge imposed the reporting restrictions, so whilst it was acknowledged that what he did would not have affected the outcome of that trial, he still broke the law and has been found guilty.

Bottom line then.
Is it the correct decision iyo. Or would a fine and suspended sentence be ok.
After all what he exposed initially way back did progress the investigation.
This is a make or break answer.

All the information he reported on was already in the public domain!! think BBC reported on it names, photos etc..Do you not see the stitch up? Or are you that naive ?
