Is anyone having problems buying tickets since they’ve updated the site online,I can’t seem to get it to let me buy tickets

I can't scroll around the stadium in IE or Chrome any more, restricted to the back rows! However, seems to be ok on the phone app.

Definitely logged on? Not making fun of you, mine usually logs me in automatically but once in a while doesn't, so I scratch my head wondering why I can't buy tickets!

Logged back out & back in,,still didn’t work ,I’ll ring them tomorrow and tell them it’s crap now Edited by karlb8728 (12 Feb 2019 7.25pm)

would be interested to hear how you got on. I had problems before new system - maybe because am using MacBook Air.

Just spoken to the ticket office and the system had my year of birth as 2018 (only 64 out!!!) so I wasn't old enough to buy tickets. They also said a lot of people were in the same position - I've been buying tickets online for years, so may be something that happened when they updated system last year? Worth checking dob under My Account if you're having problems.
