It seems that one of her parents is Bangladeshi and that passport or not those that are born to at least one Bangladeshi parent acquire citizenship at birth. So legally a claim that she's being made stateless will likely fail. Edited by dollardays (19 Feb 2019 8.13pm)

Great news. I'd imagine there will probably be a legal challenge but at least it's been made as difficult as possible. Her family might cry this is unfair, but you don't just get radicalised over night. They must have realised something was not right. On a separate matter, I got home from work today to find my garage broken into and my bike stole. Probably not the c*** that did it's first crime. This country is far to soft on people. It was a premeditated crime and the dick head should be hanged. Most reasonable people who stick up for people wouldn't dream of stealing from others. This girl, moved to join a group that butcher people. She deserves worse than my imagination can come up with.

We are too soft, the police will give you a crime number for that and you won't claim on the insurance anyway because it's not worth the excess/ increased premium. All prisons should be s***ters were people go to do hard labour and live under slop out regime on bread and water. 4 blankets to a six man cell, no windows and all that other Dickensian stuff Life should be life and if some mentally ill scum bag wants to spread their own s*** everywhere or spit at screws they should get the cat o nine tails. Nonces and rapists branded as such and flung in general population, good night Vienna. Not only will justice be served, but what a deterrent. Just one night in that prison and the little c*** would never nick a bike again.
