I used to be proud of my town, but now the shops are all closing down, there is a huge rise in anti-social behaviour problems and the amenties are being severely cut back. Probably the story of many towns. I think Dream Academy could do a Southern based follow up to Life in a Northern Town.

It's merely regarded as the access point for constant heavy traffic to ferries at Dover and the Channel Tunnel terminal at Folkestone. Pity any poor bugger that lives here. Yup its f***ed.

Yep... I moved from Banstead in Surrey to where my ex was from in Dartford... 'It's so much cheaper than Banstead' she said... Yeah... There's a bloody good reason for that!!.. Blinded by love I agreed.. I could only imagine it being like going to bed every night with Kelly Brook then the next night you pull back the covers and Janet street Porter is waiting for you.
Don't waste your time with jealousy. Sometimes your ahead, sometimes your behind, the race is long. But in the end it's only with yourself!! |
