We do seem to be improving in front of goal - at least away from home. Starting with the Man City game our goals tally in away games reads - 3,2,3,1,2,4,3. I wish we could be treated to some of that at home - Brighton next Saturday would be a good time to start. Here's another stat. We are currently 6th in the Premier League table based just on away games...and 19th in the table based just on home games!

Palace thrive on having that extra bit of space that they tend to get in away games when the opposition push forward and give us the opportunity for breakaways.

Its not so unusual as it seems, i can remember quite a few teams who were great away and poor at home or vise versa, don't ask me to name them though, it usually only lasted a season.

Looking at the various half time league tables, our issue has mainly been 2nd half at home where we’re second bottom of the table.
