But what he offered wasn't replaced. Another year or two with his influence would have made a difference, very similar to Shaun Derry. We missed Shaun when he left, even though he was a journeyman.


Derry was a leader of men and the best teams have leaders all over the park. It's often the more reliable difference in winning the fifty fifty games.

Moxey was the same type, but the reality is that when it comes to the Premiership proven leaders come with hefty price tags......replacing one with another is like trying to replace a good wife......Well, perhaps it's a little easier than that.

Well one thing’s for sure he wound JT up late on in the game.

I am sure he did, but Tomkins f***ed up royaly for their first goal and Murray had the better of him.
