Is this mere wishful thinking or has Sir Steve mentioned somewhere that he fancies another managerial stint? I was wondering if Ian Wright might think about returning...

In charge of our scouting and youth policy absolutely.

His time as a manager has gone but I think he could still help finding and developing talent.

Yep, I’m with you on this one, I’d like him back but not as manager.

He achieved much playing a specific way, Mr Parish wants not to play in that fashion any more.

He was great for us, but his most understated season was his last. We had no right to stay up with that team of kids and whoever he could convince to play that weekend and we stayed up comfortably with an average age of about 20 in the first team and -£millions in debt

I would like someone like him, who shows real loyalty to club and helps develop new talent. But He is not a yes man so would not suit SP

My originally thought was of course not,an utterly ridiculous suggestion. But the more I think about it the more I think why not.

SC was our most successful manager ever standing head and shoulders above all others.

What I liked about him apart from his loyalty was that he appeared to have a direction he wanted to take the club. Every season he built another layer and we would be that bit more successful than the last.

Have been in the premiership for six seasons now I don't feel we have made any progression at all.

Will always be remembered as a legend dont
think he needs the stress. Let the guy chill... he deserves it.

Its perfectly clear, Ray was Coppels assistant manager, he now fills that position with Roy
ãs to the original question, i don't think it would work, he now has been out of the premiership and English football for too long, might have worked if he was younger.
