Does anyone know the best places to park free near a London Overground station or L Underground station that gives me a good connection to get to White Hart Lane. Ideally around the M25 or M40 area.
I am travelling on Wednesday night to the game from the midlands. I think parking and driving around North London will be chaotic. 'Capacity' crowd and lots of people making this journey for the first time in a long time ! Can't wait to see the Palace sink the opening ceremony with a win !
Many Thanks

I must’ve misread this.

I thought it meant we were all staying at Midland’s (Midlands Eagle’s) the night before, or were getting fuelled up there before.

Good luck. It’s a good idea. Even if parking isn’t free you’ll only be paying on a meter up to about 5 or 6pm. I’d go for a better connection rather than a small station with free parking you’ll get back to later.

Cockfosters has great parking and is away from it all, have used that several times to leave my car and travel into London.

I expect Mrs Midland will be making an extra trip to Safeways for Mini Sausage Rolls, Chicken Vol Au Vents & Silverskin Pickled Onions !!

No idea, makes me wonder if the old Cockerel that was on top of the East stand has made the move to the new ground. Unfortunately unlikely to find out myself unless someone miraculously helps me out with a ticket.

Another very good option for parking: go to JustPark website and book a private parking spot/driveway. Can pick your own spot for convenience of link to public transport.
