This is a consultation! So if anyone has concerns express them. Personally I see only good in trying to find ways to protect the vulnerable, especially children, from harmful content whilst protecting everyone else's freedom of speech.

It was also though interesting to see that Facebook have today banned several groups and individuals because they have contravened their rules. This will no doubt enrage the libertarians but as a private business they have the complete right to decide who they ban from their site if in their judgement they risk acting unlawfully by accepting them.

Never sure if I'm doing it right. I just copied the Priest.

I believe that we already did this in Ireland and largely only recommendations were made - particularly around children. I'm no expert on this but presumably Ireland published something about it online.
As for Facebook; it is interesting that they can ban who they like. Think about this: can I ban people from entering my premises as a shop for instance - because I don't like what they say? I would say those people would have grounds for taking an action against me under discrimination laws.
Nevertheless, I would be more worried around Europe-wide regulations and how they could end up only benefitting large companies whilst taking away from individual users.

I just never heard of anyone getting the advanced course though. Seemed to end at a certain age.
