Went to the Emirates library a couple of seasons ago. I was completely surrounded in the away end by non English speaking viewers (not supporters)

Whilst I hate the whole half & half scarf stuff tourists can be a real money spinner for clubs.

Chelski & the Arse have both managed their situations well by making sure that no street trader without a licence is seen between the nearest station & the stadium by continuously reporting them. This means the tourists will head to the official vendors or club shop & spend a few quid there - all income to the club. They are also more likely to buy food & drink in the stadium too.

Season ticket holders, members & regular supporters are unlikely to be heading off to the club shop on a weekly basis & most I know will imbibe/eat before they arrive &/or after they leave too. It's potentially a lot of income.

Will this be five? It's gonna be five! It IS five!

Yeah I get this... Surely tourists wanting to come and watch Palace is a good thing isn't it with putting the club on the world stage??

Chelsea have horrendous problems with touts selling tickets to wealthy Russians, Chinese, japanese tourists... Some being charged thousands for a ticket for some crap game against someone like Huddersfield... Luckily we're not at that stage yet!!

Don't waste your time with jealousy. Sometimes your ahead, sometimes your behind, the race is long. But in the end it's only with yourself!!

There was a feckin family of Russuans in Block V of the AW when we played Chelski.

Parents and grown up son celebrating Chelski goals.

Not thrown out as they should have been but given a good bollocking by some AW regulars.

Might become needed to take action against ST holders whose seats end up being filled by away fans

Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance.
