Very sad news today regarding the passing of a truly great footballer and amazing gentleman. Although id never met him personally, my old man had met him quite a few times when he was managing Man City and my old man was in tears when he relayed the news this morning that Lisbon Lion captain had sadly passed away. An absolute colossus of a defender and a brilliant brilliant human being

That was some team. I went to a progressive primary school, as we were allowed to go home early to watch the match. I watched some highlights earlier and had forgotton quite how one sided the match was.
