What I think is that this won't happen. There is very little room for sentiment in the game.

If it was to be confirmed as his last game then I'd be all for him playing against Bournemouth but no pre-arranged substitutions. We slaughtered Chelsea for doing just that with John Terry. Play Jules, but play him for the full 90 mins.

He's already had a testimonial and at least two contract extensions too many. Showed at Anfield that he's not up to it any more. More to the point if Hodgson gave a few youngsters some game time - e.g. Flanagan, Daly, Dreher. Liverpool game was his first game in such a long while - he made up for that with an excellent display and clean sheet after that in the game against Spurs
