Those American part owners of ours will never invest much more than they already have so their wealth is irrelevant. They also want out anyway so even less chance of them spending anything.

A sale is obviously what is wanted and needed. Hopefully Parish ensures it�s to people who�ll keep the club safe firstly, and in the Prem.

Interesting that he only got 'outed' when we started to be tough on the war on drugs. But then the list of Corruption allegations is so long - there has to be something there. Seems to really want to succeed in the PL, but the last incredibly unsuccessful attempt at ManCity left people like Sven Goran Erikson saying that he didn't understand football. Not sure what he's been doing for the Last 10 years, hopefully watching all the football he can get his hands on! "It was a Team effort, I guess it took all players working together to lose this one"

We can't spend billionaire money on players so the only thing that a guy like this could do for the club would be to invest in the ground and facilities to increase our revenue and make us more attractive to players and new fans. I don't know exactly how City and Chelsea get away with spending as much s they have but a bit of that would be helpful too. This particular individual knows nothing about football so I would see him coming in and then selling on, the same way as he did with City.

We can't spend billionaire money on players so the only thing that a guy like this could do for the club would be to invest in the ground and facilities to increase our revenue and make us more attractive to players and new fans.
I don't know exactly how City and Chelsea get away with spending as much s they have but a bit of that would be helpful too.
This particular individual knows nothing about football so I would see him coming in and then selling on, the same way as he did with City.

Chelsea did so before FFP and Ken Bates had finished the stadium but with a debt of about �90 million. It�s once FFP has come in that Chelsea struggled to win titles and probably gave abramovitch the excuse not to spend. City use sponsorship from the owner�s business to fund the team.
