I don't know anything about him to be honest, but his Wiki page makes him sound like Townsend i.e. a left-footed winger who likes to cut in from the right and shoot. Is he better than Andros? I mean, if Andros was in the Championship he would score shed loads of goals. His goal-scoring record is great, so on that basis it seems disappointing if he goes to Spam, but there you go. I have to say though, Spam's problems don't seem to be a lack of forward players given they have Antonio, Lanzini, Haller, Anderson and Snodgrass. They should be spending that money on their leaky defence or a goalkeeper.

Does this then open up the chance of us getting Antonio who weve been linked with before and who can hardly get a game at west ham?

I really don't get it. I know we ain't nothing special and Roy is not an attractive manager but West Ham?!! They're s*** and look worse than us this season. Really annoyed this ain't happening. FFS.

One other thing, West Ham have a net deficit of over £100 million on transfers in the last two seasons, so how are they not falling foul of FFP? If they go and spend another £20-40m today surely that is not allowable? On a side note, Antonio was their best player by a country mile before Moyes arrived and if it wasn't for his injuries and age I would bite their hand off for him.

Not to mention that we have a crap ground, a chairman that’s has to squeeze the last quid out of any deal. Things won’t change till we at least get rid of the yanks. Looking at his goals on YouTube many are scrappy tap ins and for a lot of them the goalkeeper should do better, plus he is a tiny 5' 5". He does look quick though. If he goes to West Ham then hopefully he is another Hugill.

Bit of a strange one, they're likely to go down so he'll be right back where he came from albeit at a 'bigger'club. We'll get the usual bull5hit later saying we were never in for him.

Succeeding at Hull in the Championship is one thing but "cutting it" in the Premiership is another. He will fail as he is far too small to win headers or "muscle off" the Centre back titans that operate in the Premiership.
