It's typical Palace luck that our opening 4 games are winnable and would set us up incredibly well for a push for Europe (yes I include United away in their current state) but no doubt Zaha and Bissaka would have just left and we definitely won't have replaced them.

Que losing the first 4 whilst we figure out how to play without our 2 key players, then lose all the games we should lose anyway (City, Liverpool etc), then finally figure out what we need in the January window and possibly scraping survival again.

Come on Palace, prove me wrong! Keep our best 2 players or at the very least prove we have some form of competent scouting system and DoF who will use the money incredibly well and improve us overall.

Yes. But you need to scroll down to view the exceptions.

Top marks for 'astrices' though. 😎

Bit of a nightmare run-in. Chelsea, Man.Utd and Tottenham three of the last five. Let’s hope we are clear by then.

We'll have top 10 secured by then.

I have been accused on HOL about my negativity but I am infused with positivity when I consider we are in the PL and our fixtures are not against some of the teams in the lower reaches.Bring it on !

Thanks. I knew my 1975 O Level in Latin would prove useful one day.

I'm still not seeing those exceptions (or exceptioni?) but maybe I'm being a bit of a plonker in missing the obvious.

Palace since 19 August 1972. Palace 1 (Tony Taylor) Liverpool 1 (Emlyn Hughes)

Would settle for that, 2 home wins and then something at Sheff Utd which will probably be the toughest game out of the 4. Just joping that Roy has been working on a new game plan to get home wins.

Happy to take on the newly promoted clubs early before they have a chance to adjust (well, hopefully)

You mean like when we played Huddersfield first game?
