I’m looking forward to hearing the recording.

Really?

This kind of stuff is incredibly dirty, grubby and unethical. Is this what passes for political news now?.....listening to arguments through walls?

I suppose if we are going to follow America then that's what is going to happen but what I find fun with the US and Trump/Clinton isn't really how I see the UK.

Then again, I forget my own analysis..... this kind of bargain basement intellectual and ethical decline is inevitable as a consequence of the increasing polarisation....ah well.

You missed out recording those arguments and flogging the recordings to a left wing newspaper

If what you said is accurate, why has he been suspended?

He was suspended by our lame duck Prime Minister who probably wanted to do something in her final days that would at least get the feminists on her side

Calling the police because you are concerned for the safety of someone is fair enough. Calling the papers is not cool and brings your actions into question.

I suspect that the neighbour will now come under press scrutiny so we will see if he is Persil.

As for Boris well I doubt it will do him any harm as shock horror couple have a row, we've all been there. If he has any sense though he will move home pretty quick.

And just for balance none of Jeremy Corbyn's ex wives have a good word to say about him who'd of thought that ex wives slags off ex husband.

The accounts I've read about the complainant suggest that she (for it was a she) could not be described as whiter than white.

Wife beating may be socially acceptable in Sheffield, but it is a different matter in Cheltenham

They're all up to all sorts behind closed doors, look at that Keith Vaz.

Not really bothered about what BoJo gets up to, I know plenty of blokes whose wives give as good (better) than they get. So long as nobody ends up with a shiner let them crack on.

If it was a 'she', is she also standing for election to become Prime Minister?

Or are you saying that the recorded argument did not in fact happen?

Otherwise the nature of the individual concerned is not relevant, now is it.

And of course it wasn't only one neighbour that was concerned, or that has gone to the Press:

After hearing a row involving smashing and screaming in the early hours of Friday morning, the individual says they discussed how to respond with their partner, out of concern for the safety of those involved.

“The very last thing I’d heard was a loud bang and screaming. First I knocked on their door to make sure everyone was OK. There was no response at all, I couldn’t hear anything. I knocked three times. Then I went back, discussed further that there was no response and we decided to call the police.”

The neighbour, who was waiting up late for a takeaway delivery, described loud shouting that could be heard throughout the vicinity, an account backed up by other residents in the area.

Another neighbour, a nursery teacher who lives with her husband and four-year-old son in the top flat next door, told the Times that she could hear “shouting and screaming”.

Nor indeed what Trump gets up to on a bed with a waterproof mattress cover. What's the worse that can happen eh? It's not like it would give ammunition to someone wishing to influence politics now is it.
