I think you're living in past times if you want to talk seriously about the fourth estate. That's back way before the Internet with figures like Woodward......It's all bought and sold and politically partizan now.

The government decides that it's in our best interests to tax booze and fags and then let's us have this exception. Next time you go the airport check out the prices for the "no VAT" goods it's a rip off you can buy it cheaper on the internet paying the tax. Time to scrap duty free.

Jeremy Hunt has called some Brexit voters little Englanders (multiple sources). I think the mask slipped, Hunt is a Remainer who like TM says he will deliver Brexit. Problem is he is trying to win the votes of Tory members, once bitten... I think he was always going to lose but this certainly won't win him any votes.

Does anyone know where Johnson and Hunt found the magic money tree? Maybot et al spent most of the 2017 election campaign on repeat saying either "strong and stable" or "there is no magic money tree". However both candidates seem to have located the fabled money tree given their, frankly risible (money tree aside), tax and spending promises.
