does anybody expect BBC favourite Mo Farah to live to age 80 ?

Thankyou kindly. Don't worry, I like podcasts. It's something of a revelation to listen to actual fleshed out conversations rather than sound bites and rushed 5 minute long interviews.

It doesn't surprises me about marathon runners either to be honest. The phrase too much of a good thing comes to mind.

The greatest mystery in athletics though has to be, what stopped Paula Radcliffe's head bobbing around like crazy!

He already looks like a little old man . It's a struggle to find a healthy looking marathon runner really. Eating disorders are rife amongst marathon runners too.

Maybe he didn't read the contract and they actually paid him in a lifetime supply of Quorn. Them's the breaks.
