Imagine googling ‘Prince Harry’s car’ just to try and find relevant stories to support your point; the zenith of debate.

Haha. Indeed. Zero value as usual

Did you know? 98.0000001% of people are morons.

Yeah there wouldn’t be any safety concerns at all with that, and I’m sure him and his young child would be left undisturbed for the duration of the trip.

He's not going to be disturbed in First Class, no more than any famous person. Him and his entourage would probably take up all of it anyway. Even if he was, it would be very small price to pay if the environment REALLY means that much to him, wouldn't you think?

Going 'green' will happen as oil will run out.
Not totally but in a sustainable way.
It seems that options on how 'we' choose to go green arnt there.
It is always seeming to be about punishing and taxing.
All one way against the people.
No options just this way or this much.
Encouragement I feel with incentives apart from "we are killing the planet and it's the only way"
We are not stupid, period but are treated as if we are.

Although I am not a huge greenie, there are already plenty of examples of subsidising anyone who goes green creating and/or using green energy.

The problem is the knee jerk reactions.
Look at the diesel car fiasco, now its all heading towards electric.
Hydrogen cell technology seems to be the bestlong term solution for ice travel. (Internal combustion engine, not skates).
The most abundant thing in the universe and all that comes out of the exhaust pipe is water.
No need for costly charging points either .
Just fill up at a norpal service station.

Agreed it's the negativity around climate change that irritates me. They hate coal, gas and nuclear when you suggest wind power they moan about spoiling the landscape and killing birds. So you mention tidal power and they moan about that.

The green lobby need a characteristic leader who can give a positive vision of the future.

Talk about green lefties there was a party political broadcast on behalf of the Green Party on TV last night with their one MP spouting off.

Whatever next - The Monster Raving Loony Party having their own TV spot although I expect that the BBC and other lefties would object to the use of the word loony.

Scaring people only you gets you so far. The polls suggest the green lobby can muster about 10-15% of votes on a good day when the rest of us are fed up with the main parties. If really want to do something beyond silly stunts and disrupting ordinary folks lives they need a vision and an agenda that the voting public can get behind.

Silliest comment of the week from James O'Brian about the ER mob "It's hard to see what else they can do". He then compared their civil disobedience to Dr King.

Note to JOB:
King used civil disobedience as his people were denied the vote and had no democratic way of achieving their aims. We have democracy in this country ER could field candidates and get elected. If they can't get the votes then they should accept the will of the people although that seems to have gone out of fashion these days.

Meanwhile London’s On Line Hate Crime Hub has investigated 1612 cases over two years and secured 6 convictions of which 1 received a prison sentence. Which was suspended.
Good work there then.

Douglas Murray has been doing a great job doing the podcast rounds promoting his book "the madness of crowds".

Has a very interesting take on everything culture war related (Feminism, LGBT, trans, race etc).

Probably a good read.
