To sum this up : gutless, slow, lacklustre, lack of ambition, lack of desire, unimaginative, depressing shower of s***.

Not sure what Roy does in training every week but the passing is horrid, the free kicks are terrible, this back passing negative crap is infuriating, Benteke is a complete waste of space.

Another positive from today , is we know how it is to play without Zaha.

The only upside is we actually played better without Zaha last week and Ayew looked dangerous. So he sits out the whole match and we are left with the statue and the body builder. Not a clue. The one player we buy who should be creative is not even in the squad so I’m guessing we managed to injure him in training. You literally couldn’t make it up. Total sh1t show.

Why the f*** would the opposition need to score more than 1 when we have f*** all going forward? No threat after they scored, got mugged off giving away throws and free kicks, strolled around like we were ahead.

Too busy buying a new yellow Ferrari I expect.

Absolutely shocking, every player was crap, tactics shocking, substitutions dire, god is it going to be a long year.

We need a goal and we have luka and McCarthy playing in both playing in front of the back four. Why not give meyer a chance in the centre, kouyate at the back. To many of the same players, camarasa would have been something a bit different at least. Zaha is not a centre forward. Dann and ward, arent good enough at this level.

2 games played and no goals scored, struggled for goals last season and yet no new striker/s bought in the window ? Something clearly wrong with the finances/personnel behind the scenes not being able to try to sort this situation out. Fair play to Utd, they have much more about them than us, looking much more fluid particularly through the middle.

We are 1-0 behind going into added time and Zaha picks the ball up in our own half and passes it backwards.

We seemed to play with fear, we played in a straight-jacket,no tempo,no creativity. All us supporters have been totally short-changed by this abject dross.

Blame Parish. Zaha is a winger. We have a squad with three forwards, 2 wingers and no creative midfielders. There are no options. Not getting at least one more forward in and a creative midfielder is down to Parish and the Yanks. Roy is probably as good as we are going to get.

Benteke looked ok with what he did. No service. Townsend shoots all the time, Zaha tries to beat 3 players twice all the time.

I looked at the bench and saw no one that could change a game we are losing. On that, we are down this season.
