I think we need to be realistic and say that Spurs are playing extremely well and would have given just about anyone else a hard time today. Our plan was basically shot to pieces after 10 mins. Sakho looks seriously rusty and wouldn't normally be expected to be playing and the rest of the defence is struggling to cover him. That said Spurs have had 4 shots on target and scored from them all.

It's going to be just one of those days. Minimise the damage. Accept no points and get on with next week.

Totally unacceptable first half performance. If Sakho was rusty then why play him. Poor performance Poor tactics and Poor management.

Bring back Brolin

At least we are consistent, then

Well that is one of Roy’s most endearing qualities.

He has the look a certain England manager has vs Iceland. A “what am I doing here” look and not one that suggests he is above it.

Whyy can't some of you moaners just accept that we are being outplayed by the Champion's league finalists on their own ground. It happens that way sometimes in football.

My Leicester supporting mate said to me after we beat them 5-0 that we deserved it as we outplayed them just as Spurs are doing to us today.

Well said. The hysteria on here every time we concede a goal is ridiculous. We are punching well above our weight and people need to rein in their expectations. The surprise isn’t that we are getting stuffed by a top 6 team, but that it hasn’t happened more regularly during this stay in the premiership.

Ayew taken over from Wilf moaning at everything, and gets a yellow card. He would do well on this site with his moaning.

Most likely due to Tomkins the only other option being even more rusty. Sometimes you've just got to hold your hands up.

The stuffing by a top six side I can take ironically.

It’s the bland, negative dross played against Sheffield United and at home to Villa that grates. It then becomes magnified when a game like this happens.

Yes, let's just be thankful that we get to see such great premier League stars such as Kane, Son and Schlupp in the flesh. We could have been in administration blah, blah. Or perhaps we could have been well run over the last eight years and not have a very poor playing staff.

Well next week should be interesting as our opponents Wolves are also 0-4 down at home.

As we should be at home. But be honest it wasn’t a great performance. “All over them” is a stretch.

Sheffield United - you thought that was a good performance?

f***ing glad I wasn't able to watch this one, sounds like it's been a horror show. I think in Roy's first season we followed up a great result by letting Arsenal carve us up

Fair play to all the Palace fans there today. Can hear you loud and proud over the stream. They deserve a consolation.
