In his club interview he stated that he joined Palace because of the plan the club had for him was in line with what he wanted. When asked what that plan was he replied "It's the position they want me to play, their goals, where they want to be, what they want to become, how they see me fitting into that system and the style of football they want to play suits me". At least it sounds like they plan to play Eze in a position that he wants to play which I suspect is going to be out wide in a fast counter attacking system.

Fantastic signing for our club.. great to have you join the Eagles Eze, looking forward to seeing you in the famous Red'n Blue.. hopefully we can add two or three more new faces to our squad, Frazer, Deulofeu, a CF etc. and become a good attacking force to go with our strong defence.. COYP
