They voted for Boris and Blair. They'll vote for Starmer too.

What they dont want is some middle class prick who's never done a honest days work in his life but claims to be on the side of the working man just because he's a scruff bag with a beard and a fetish for Dianne Abbot.

And yet they voted for Boris. Funny that.

And given that Corbyn has dedicated many of his days as MP volunteering at homeless shelters I'd say he knows what an honest day's work is. Have you ever worked at one? They can be pretty brutal.

If punk ever happened I'd be preaching the law, instead of listenin to Lydon lecture BBC4

There was no doubt, rather than voting FOR Boris, a lot of not wanting any of these labour traitors any more, because if they’re going to betray the voter, the voter will betray them in frustration for something that’s just more in tune with them now rather than the person or leader.

Volunteering isn’t every day of the week, week in, week out anyway.

Nicky Morgan and Zac Goldsmith sworn into the Lords and as cabinet ministers despite losing their seats at the election.

I assume everyone here is dead against these unelected bureaucrats and sickened by this blatant act of ignoring democracy and the will of the people? Yes? Good. Me too.

I wouldn't be against your sentiments.

Agreed there is nothing worse than the electorate sacking a politician only for them to pop up in the Lords because they have "valuable experience".

You will get no complaints from me time to abolish the House of Lords.
