Sure right after we implement the "Virtue Signalling" tax for celebrities, naturally as the money will go to good causes they won't complain.

It will have to be paid for like everything else. Down the years. So why not plan for that instead of perpetually deceiving ourselves. The majority of people have never given the slightest thought to how much they are spending, you never read or see anything about the price of all this and how it is to be paid. I am expecting recession and unemployment, the figures are already showing us. Other countries too but they don't have brexit weighing them down all the time.

The cost to the NHS of people not looking after these teeth is immense, and if people knew they could at least get a free clean, and in indication of any problems present and the consequences of leaving them, they would have the opportunity to make better choices. Healthspan is just as important as lifespan, and many if not most people are positively negligent when it comes to taking basic steps to ensure that they stay fit and well.

Labour will once again bill taxpayers hundreds of millions to extend provision to people who have the means to afford it.The cost has been estimated as £450 Million,each year. It was about £250 to start with, not sure now, the proposal is to remove the first tier only to encourage better dental health which is very necessary. I don't think that will cost very much. Remember most of us pay for the NHS through taxation. The cost, if true from W, of 450 millions, would only buy you a few feet of HS2 railway track.

Japan puts a large amount of taxpayer money into keeping people healthy which is more cost effective then having to cure them. I would rather we do the same and yes that maybe nanny state but as it's the taxpayers money I would rather its spend on teaching people how to cook and stay fit than paying for some lard arse' multiple medications for blood pressure diabetes , cholesterol etc. All so can continue to trash their bodies at out expense.
