very nice shopping centre then.
Last time I went was about 3-4 years ago.
major difference in vibe from then to now.
a good few shut down shops(like most places) but a much shabbier feel to it.
On the heels of Croydon for s***tyness & will surely die once (or if) cronx Westfield opens.

Kids,tired of being bothered by your pesky parents?
Then leave home, get a job & pay your own bills, while you still know everything.

Always remember fights in the 3 tuns when i was in my late teens. Every night over the weekend. Mind you did most of my drinking in Penge back then, with a late trip on the pull up in Beckenham.
