He's not perfect but he's doing a great job in the circumstances, and I'm surprised that someone like yourself that claims to be such a long time fan can't give him the credit he deserves. And I certainly don't expect silverware or a top six finish, we don't have the financial resources to achieve that at this moment in time.And even that doesn't guarantee anything - as West Ham or Everton fans. Well said Neillo. A lot of these same people calling for Roy’s nut week in and out still believe Eddie Howe and Dyche to be superior managers. We have the best manager that we could ask for in our current situation and a lot of folk would want to start realising that.

Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance. |

Roy obviously didn’t like him... Very odd as he didn’t even have a chance... Jaïro Riedewald was given his and is proving people were incorrect to jump and say he wasn’t good enough....Seems that unless Roy is forced into changes he’s so reluctant to give anyone a chance....

There seems to a thread of truth in this... Remember Wilf and non England selection?.... Roy seemed to regret it, telling him he should have waited a bit longer before going to Ivory C. Sadly, people cannot and will not wait around as much as Roy does...
