Thought it was high time one of our greatest players and greatest servants of all time, had his own tribute.

Thank you for that Bubbs .

I saw Jimbo's debut, and his last game in a Palace shirt - and went to both his testimonials

My son's middle names are James Cannon.

So I'm something of a fan !

Ps - but I missed ' that ' goal v. Ipswich....at my best mate's wedding. Well, he was my best mate....

Oh my they build em big in Glasgow.

One of my favourite players a footballing centre half it was rumoured that he was the best 5 aside player at the club.

Shame that he never got much of a chance playing for Scotland.

Thanks for the memories Bubbs.

LOL not something you associate Palace fans with.

I once told a fellow fan I am Palace through thick and thin.

He replied: I know all about the thin remind me of the thick?

Thanks for the video, Bubbs.

I did a tribute to one of Palace's greatest, if not the greatest, some years ago for this site but your video is far more interesting and comprehensive.

It's a cliche, but they don't make 'em like Jim any more.
