I think last weekend showed there is more to the refereeing problems then simply VAR and how rules should be interpreted. Simply said: the level of refereeing is atrocious, can anyone ever take David Coote serious again? Even Atkinson who I thought was decent in the past has lost his ways. And the smirking man without a heart Oliver was brave enough to go to the monitor at Selhurst but missing a tackle like that right in front of him is a bad call, then no way would he walk the walk in a high profile league game would he? A missed call that can happen yes, which does not go for the VAR decision. As for Wenger's idea: it would change nothing at all, just the position where the lines are applied. Why not start with stopping that ridiculous 3D line drawing. Only done in the premier league. Edited by DutchEagleJohan (24 Feb 2020 5.36pm)
