Go to France and you can drive for hours without hardly seeing a soul. Even our country lanes are busy! Let's try again for the hard of thinking Deforestation largely happened 3,000 years ago. Perhaps it was linked to immigration at that time - if you like and it makes you happy to blame immigration. Britain is full of scrubland suitable for reforestation. Other countries have put effort in over centuries to reforest, Germany being a good example Maybe I am thick as you say. If that is the case, so is HM Government and all relevant scientists. Next time you assert I am thick, kindly give me the science that proves it. To be clear, population has an effect but it isn't the reason - that springs from 3,000 BC and WW1. Recent deforestation by contrast is on a far more minor scale and has been driven primarily by road and electricity pilon building rather than housing. I genuinely can’t make out if you are of low intelligence or just refuse to believe things that don’t sit with your political beliefs. Either way you are wrong.
