It is now part of FIFAs rulebook and UK law so will probably continue post Brexit. One thing that will change is that EU players will need work permits and be established internationals. So young EU players like Fabregas likely to stay in EU boosting Spanish, German and Italian leagues. It means more chance for English players in the Premier League.
