My question is: How reliant is he upon crosses, rather than threaded through balls from the centre? Can he run onto a ball played behind the defenders, not just one lobbed forward to him? I have seen him score goals for A.Villa in this situation showing a calmness and finishing ability we haven't seen from him since his first season with us.

I think we holmesdalers have learned not to get our hopes up too much, but it's great that Fraser and another might be close. I do hope that Eze is still on the agenda! Oh please let your source know that the young CB HAS to be Pollock. We've had too much fun with his surname for it to be anyone else!

He rarely throws players straight in and he probably has good reason for that, I'm not judging, but the club recruitment should allow for it is my point.
