Type of player I’d never expect to have been realistically linked with us. His best position is left winger though which would either mean one of he or Zaha would have to switch flanks.

On huge wages, left to follow the money to China at the height of his career and now wants out and is training in his own in Europe. You have to question whether he would be the right fit in the team despite his ability.

Him on one side of the pitch and Wilf on the other would certainly double our attacking threat. If he is still that good though why haven't a bigger club shown an interest? This one does seem to have picked up steam in the last 24 hours, so who knows. He's young enough, has goals in him and is an entertaining player. He gets my vote
