I think after a weeks rest we will surprise them and have every chance of winning.

Meyer is no loss if he still injured as he offers nothing.
Luka can be replaced.
Having Cahill back is a major plus.
If we can somehow avoid any injuries then we will push them close.

I’m not sure if any players are due back from injury but the team for me will be.

Guita
Kelly Tomkins Cahill ( ?)

Kouyate

Ayew McCarthy McCarhtur Zaha

Wickham

I haven’t a clue who will play left back and Wickham is dire (but no worse than when Benteke plays)

I’m going for a Palace win here as we will still be organised enough to to beat these clowns.

That's unfair.

They're gonna be gagging to prove that the previous hounding performance against United wasn't a one off under their new manager and will see us as the perfect opportunity to do so. We have to be sharp, prepared and courageous to withstand their new form, but still I see a loss coming.

The worst thing about losing to them of course is their fans.

A draw or better and I'll be happy, hope Wilf plays well and they have to double up on him.

Business as usual as we won't throw them a curveball in attack.Like to be proved wrong but another away performance at home seems likely. Even if we do get at them, we may well be like Leeds and not convert our chances. They can pass the ball around for all of the 1st half, get settled and take the lead. We will suddenly wake up then and push them, showing our best side and perhaps getting on equal terms and then suckered like Pool. 1-2 is my guess. Heroic failure in a tight defeat.

Next 2 games are both free hits, as any points will be fantastic. The next 5 are the meat and potatoes for us, where we will hopefully be utilising Tosun and other new signings to get nearer to 40 points which is now our focal point after the Cup debacle of last week. COYP !!
