I'd like us to sign Diafra Sakho,the former West ham player. Has pace and can finish,we tried to sign him before.

We could sign Ki Sung-Yeung, Diafra Sakho and Alessandrini right now if we wanted cover till the end of the season. None of them are real upgrades and would hardly help with the age of our squad. That’s Wide cover, striker cover and CDM cover. In the summer Ferguson is the main one I’d want. Him and Ryan Fraser if possible.

Why do you guys think the club should sign Ki Sung Yeong when there are already 3 starting central midfielders and a couple of more backups? That's way too many already.

Roy said at the start of January he wanted to use Camarasa’s place in the squad for a DM who more suits his style. I feel like Ki is arguably as good as any of our bench midfielders, but probably has a better range of passing. For me he would offer something different from DM and is capable of launching attacks with his distribution. Also we are another Luka suspension and a couple of injuries away from a short squad again, so I think it’s wise to fill out the squad and not be forced to name kids on the bench or play players who are lacking fitness.

Looks like there are one or two decent players available or soon to be available on frees. Suffice to say, I doubt we are looking at any of them. None are in the Scottish lower leagues or non-league. Perhaps Rakip is soon to be available?

Out of this list, I think the two realistic options that are particularly Roy-esque are Adam Lallana and Ryan Fraser. Both would be great assets and would add to our attacking threat well.

With the list of free agents being muted again, I woundered who caught anyones eye? I have alwsys though Adam Lallana would look great in red and blue...?

I wonder if we might finally see Niasse coming after the collapsed move a few years ago. Jakupovic could be an interesting one if Guaita leaves. Clyne links persist, not sure about attitude or wages though. Could be an issue. Cuco Martina is another right back. He was good a few years ago but seems to have been binned off by Everton lately. Knowing Palace we’ll probably just get Mariappa back.
