What a lot of babbling bulls***.

You imply Trump might be guilty of lying with no evidence whatever but he is the one with the ethics problem? You then suggest it's not OK to compare him with others for doing something there is no proof he has actually done in the first place.

You live in your own world of one eyed illogic.

You puzzle me sometimes. Actually you puzzle me quite often!

First you imply it's OK for Trump to lie because all politicians do it.

Now you say I am suggesting it without evidence! In fact there's loads of evidence. There have been fact checked lists of his lies, which occur almost every day. It has been said that every time he opens his mouth a lie comes out and that he regards the truth as whatever he last said. I don't need to prove that. You just need to do some research.

The one-eyed logic exists solely in your own fantasy world.

Proof is a slippery beast that can slip your grasp when new discoveries are made. We often have to work with a strongly held consensus and in this case that's exactly what must be done. If you always waited for incontrovertible proof then nothing would ever be done.

In fact the evidence is so overwhelming that man made climate change exists that it has been proved beyond any kind of reasonable doubt.

Climate change is more complicated than just a rising temperature, which won't be evenly spread around the world anyway. It's more to do with sea levels rising caused by ice melt

Climate change is occurring constantly, not 'from time to time'.
You have to understand that we are in for a wild ride with or without man made climate change. There is no escaping it. There is also a lot of money to be made from 'green' products and a need to give people hope that we can control a process that has repeated itself over and over. It is political.
The world will get hotter and sea levels will rise. Sometime later the world will almost certainly get a lot colder and drier. If man made warming makes any dent in that cycle, it will only be to speed up the process of warming. Will that lead to a run away greenhouse effect? You have a choice between that and thousands of years of glaciers.

Very few scientist will break ranks these days because it will cost them their reputation and money but the bigger picture must be recognised to put all this into perspective. We can reduce carbon emissions and all the rest but let's not kid ourselves.

Natural climate change clearly exists but it generally occurs over a much longer time span so when it happens again we will have time to adjust. Man made climate change is producing a relatively rapid change that, unless we act, could overwhelm us.

Scientists are not scared to break ranks! What nonsense. If they have something new to say then they will say it. Mind you it has to be peer-reviewed before it can be taken seriously and that's where most of the counter views fail.

Follow the guidance. Hope my current car will be the last that runs on petrol. Take the situation seriously and encourage others to do the same.

Along with most I still eat meat. Not much milk though.

I am not an advocate of humans becoming solely vegetarian. We are omnivores but a purely vegetarian diet lacks important things. Reduce meat, but don't eradicate it, is my own way.

The climate argument amuses me. We are in an ice age. We have ice caps. That is an ice age in technical terms. We are also in one of the coolest periods of the planet's existence. It is inevitable that the climate will warm. What should be done is research into how we can survive the increase, not waste time trying to avert what will happen regardless of our efforts. As stated already, the worst that humankind has done is accelerate it. Trump will have no effect on it. He has a maximum of 4 years(and a bit) to make any difference, whatever stance he takes.

Systematically dragged down by the lawmakers

Your choice of course and I do not attempt to preach to anyone about what they should or shouldn’t eat but I am interested to know
what these important things are that you cannot get on a vegetarian diet? ,I eat no meat or dairy and have never been healthier but please do let me know what my diet is lacking.
May I refer you to a Dr Gregor or nutrition facts.org where you may find some useful information as to whether in fact, we are omnivores

I worked most of my life in the food industry, some of it at a senior (MD) level. I employed nutritionists. It has always been my understanding that a vegetarian diet was deficient in minor, but important, nutrients essential to life. Like iron and vitamin B12 and for strict vegans, calcium. There are other trace elements that aren't measured but are considered important and which cannot be replaced by supplements. So I prefer to stay safe and eat some meat.
