So no getting your 'ZX81 weekly' magazine, and spending 2 hours typing in your free program on a bubble-wrap keyboard to play soundless black and white 'tetris' ?

Nostalgia: it ain't what it used to be,..

You used to program them for hours only to find that one line was wrong and nothing worked.

I remember those days.. you'd spend hours typing and it wasn't even the whole line, it was just a misplaced comma or fulllstop that had to be wrong and that would mess the whole thing up and you'd have to start again.

Just found this...

a 2020 annual for zzap!!64 the old commodore 64 magazine that was around back in the days. I remember reading the reviews and thinking that was a dream job - playing the latest games and just reviewing them.
