If we go into a world recession because of these reactions it's going to be so idiotic and cause much more damage and death. I just hope those at the top know what they are doing. I have my fingers crossed this lockdown ends soon....the unemployment figures coming out of the US are worrying. Edited by Stirlingsays (26 Mar 2020 2.36pm)

Someone who’s recently annoyed me temporarily after I asked if his sale was still going through is selling and I’m just waiting to find out the price is being negotiated down. I will laugh when hear how much after how flippant he was about the economic situation and how he thinks he’s always right. I’m hoping for a big chunk lower and he wants it sold.

They might fail there because the skyscraper in Purley is still being attempted as is usually the case after being turned down. You can only move into west Purley with a lot of money and I’d actually rather live somewhere else than a quarter of a mile from a car park and traffic before you can escape more traffic on the way to greenery although there is Banstead and Chipstead direction.
