I would suggest it comes from a mind that makes claims first then looks for data afterwards, but maybe I'm wrong and you do spend your time thoroughly analysing government spreadsheets. Oh and I'll just leave this here. White people have the highest conviction rates of any ethnicity, but of course, it is the black and brown migration which is the reason for crime rates and out of control prisons...

They are not being convicted of less crimes. It means they are slightly less likely to be convicted for any one crime they are accused of (but you knew that anyway). I suppose that's somehow more evidence that we are a racist country? That entire "Race and the criminal justice system statistics" website is just a s*** show of stats trying to prove how racist all us white folks are. They key stat is who is doing the crime per capita by ethnic group and clearly it's not something they want to show. We can all see this with our own eyes though despite the ethnicity of criminals now largely going unreported in the media (I wonder why?).
