I paid £376 for my ticket. I’m getting £19.79 refund for each missed game. I calculate that 19 x 19.79 = £376.01.

Glad you flagged this as what I am getting refunded works our to 19 games. So either I should be getting refunds for the first 2 games too or the refund amount is wrong

Your own faults tbh buying season tickets for this season. We all know what palace and the box office are like at refunds. I stubbornly for the first time in a long time did not renew. just not worth it anymore and cant fly over every weekend anymore.
