No idea what is going on They don't seem to communicate at all. Fortunately, your payments are detailed in your account so the audit trail is there to see. Someone at the BO will have to give it back to you (i.e. towards your new ST) when they are in a position to issue them ... presumably, from Tuesday. onwards?

The usual chaos. On Monday I received an email to say that the final instalment of my refunds had been made. It was £17.19 short. Today I've had another email advising that my ticketing account has been credited with a "Gift Voucher" of £18. It's not a gift - it's my money. And a full cash refund is what I had requested. As I'm probably going to renew, it doesn't really matter. But why is nothing involving the Box Office ever straightforward?

If you are using the refunded money to pay for most of the next season, the process is very easy. You just need to enter the "gift voucher" code and pay for the balance. My only question is how they are going to allocate tickets for the Arse game. Assuming we can get one, will we be paying our usual ticket price (£23.31) or will we have to pay full wack (£50?). Presumably we will find out soon.
It's 106 miles to Chicago, we got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark... and we're wearing sunglasses. |

Got my refund/credit ok, due to pay balance for next season, next week, was asked if i wanted to go to Arsenal, IF the game is moved to after the 17th, discussions on going, I said no, if i had said yes they would have altered my refund credit by the cost of 1 game, personally i have been very happy with the admin at the club, during these very difficult times
