Hold the front page - an article on their website today that doesn't slag off the Government and actually makes some sense!

A bbc DJ called sideman (yup same here) has quit because the bbc used the N word in a report about a racist attack. The irony being that some of the songs he played probably had it in as well. Clearly dropping in popularity and needs an advert to get a higher payed job from some other station. The hypocrisy is more deafening than the s*** that he might well have played.

Peter Sissons was on the Richard Bacon show a few years back, stating that almost everyone in the BBC newsroom in his time were Guardianista types. Bacon was furious with him for suggesting there wasn't a broader range of opinion. I suspect Sissons was on the money. I have had to switch off the Today program during lockdown and move over to Scala radio just to save myself constant expenditure on new radios. There's only so many times I can glue them back together.

It was over 50 years ago that Enoch Powell said, "We must be mad - literally mad." How right he was. A black man (am I allowed to say that?) is attacked and left with awful injuries. One of his attackers calls him ******, and his family asks the BBC to include that in their report. Quite rightly they do, but when a miniscule proportion of the population write in to object, they fold. Utterly pathetic - and wrong.
