Talking of hedgehogs, wasnt there a thing for Hedgehog Burgers back in the 80's(i think) when Princess Anne was picture squashing them on the road in her land Rover? I seem to remember being bought a fluffy squashed hedgehog in a bun to dangle off me rearview mirror.
