The process for season ticket refund/ donation will begin at sometime this week W/C 8/6/2020 and you will receive an email from the box office with the exact date and procedure of how and when you can choose your option

Re Season ticket I got as far as options but the only option available was to renew my season ticket.
Also all friends and family have disappeared from my account. Is that just me doing something wrong or have I got to add them back in again? (Most of ticket history has also gone although my points look about right)
MC Palace, Flight Centre told us 12 to 16 weeks for a refund. They called me last week checking my credit card details hadn't changed before crediting my account so hopefully not too much longer for you. (We should have flown on the 19th March). BookF1.com won't even discuss refunds until race is cancelled(currently only postponed)

Thanks for the info on Flight Centre , We should have flown last week in March

As I said previously BO assured me that me and my sons accounts are linked but does not show on website, I have no idea what is going on. We are meant to be receiving details this week regarding refunds, don’t hold your breath

Club shop still keeps sending me e-mails trying to get me to buy stuff though

How about sorting my re-fund out and I’ll buy something!!

I had the email on 29 May and tried to follow the links to the refund options in that. Neither links worked. I was able to log in and find an option to renew but that link didn’t work either. I called the club and the woman who answered said the email to season ticket holders was yet to go out. She was unaware of the 29 May email. I’m not sure what’s going on but the club seem to have themselves in a mess over this. It should be straightforward but when the people answering phone queries don’t have any real information to hand it does look poor.

I requested a refund at the end of May.Money came through quite quickly onto my credit card in a couple of days. No problems. Sounds as though I was plain lucky!!
