Fair play to the rose family.
They are sponsoring 7 ladies tournaments and the courses are not charging.
35k is their investment and I'm sure plenty of other pros will want to help. And sky as well I guess.
I know from his bank it's not bundles but good on him. Golf is a game where there is no reason a woman cant compete on a level with men in the the future.

Tell that to Michelle Wie, who was head and shoulders above all the other women golfers.
She tried her hand on the men's tour, and missed the cut in all but one tournament.

Unless they reduce the length of course or change the effectiveness of the equipment / balls I don't see women competing with men.

Maybe they should devise a new mixed tournament a professional type of pitch and put where skill rather than strength is the key factor. I think the ladies have the touch just not the physique unless Serena Williams takes up the game.

Greens are not out of reach in the same amount of shots. Loads of male golfers constantly miss the cut. Accuracy is the key. Most champions are accurate and can put a ball within a foot of where they want it. Four balls in the water on one hole in Portugal taught me that. Took an eight without hitting the green. Which is why I'm not a golfer I guess
