May have already been discussed and apologies if it has, I've looked and can't find a thread on it.

Palace announced that as of the start of this week that season ticket holders could decide what choice to make in terms of their refund.. Whether invest in the academy or get the cash back etc.
Ive logged into my account every day this week and can't find the option to pick anywhere.. Has anyone else managed to do this yet?

Thanks in advance.

Ryan.

that's what my email said so there'll be a delay (surprise, surprise - or am I being too cynical?)

Still no further details on the website although it says we will get an email last week

Phase 2 for 2019/20 Season Ticket holders will open during the week commencing 8th June, 2020, and each holder will be emailed in advance details of their specific refund amount owed, with instructions on how to make their selection.

This could drag on longer than the new stand.

The last email, last week, said that we would find out this week. Makes no difference to me as I'll be using it against the cost of a season ticket for next season.

We initially hoped to be beginning the process this week, but unfortunately due to a change in ticketing supplier and the process of transitioning all our supporter data onto our new and improved system, we are sadly not in a position to start the process this week. Please accept our apologies for the delay – we thank you for your continued patience, and rest assured we will be in touch next week to confirm full details.

It's 106 miles to Chicago, we got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark... and we're wearing sunglasses.

Anybody up for forming a consortium? I've got the buckets ready for collections.

I didn't buy a season ticket this year but have bought a couple the seasons before. Palace seem to be feast or famine, and I tended to give away tickets for quite a lot of games

If people are struggling then getting a discount on next season is fair enough. I think otherwise money to help offset the training ground is good for the club. Most of our most exciting players come from the academy system, and you'd hope that would continue with better facilities and the saving in transfer fees could ultimately be offset against ticket prices? Esp for those who forego a refund?

My open wallet surgery from work has been cancelled so I personally am giving to the academy.
Name on the wall.pin badge.u23 season ticket.tenner voucher etc.
Next season I start again and tbh palace is one of only a few clubs who let you pay over 10 months interest free. No brainer really as I can budget with that. If nothing that seems like thinking of us as much as we think they dont. At least I know it's another prem season

copy of latest email today:

The process for Season Ticket holders to decide how they would like their pro-rata refund for their 19/20 Season Ticket will begin on Thursday 25th June, 9:00 am, when holders can select from four options online.

You will be able to split your pro-rata refund across all four options available, meaning you could direct one quarter of your refund value to each option should you wish.

Your total refund value is £70.1053

All amounts will be rounded to the nearest 1p

Example

If the Season Ticket you purchased has a total refund value of £100, if you selected the refund options of:

‘1’ for the Academy
‘1’ to Palace for Life Foundation
‘1’ as a credit
‘1’ as a refund

£25 would be directed to each of those options.

A range of new benefits have now been confirmed for those who decide to direct their refund to the Academy Development Project, and you can find all information regarding benefits and other information here.

Kind regards
