But they were supposed to make the passes available for the Liverpool game, which is before the refund facility opens for business.

I am not sure that would be allowed. My understanding, which may be wrong, is that every club should be offering these to all s/t holders.

Agreed Spider, BUT, what they(or other clubs) are supposed to do & what they 'actually' do, we will never properly know.
